I’m in a wave

I’m in an all consuming wave

A wave born out of the chasm in Gods heart

It’s when my soul meets his, and then meets another

This is not a tame seaside wave

This is a cosmic, eternal invincible wave

It’s a wave that will carry on, till I’m dead in my bones

It’s a wave that will carry on, till time is buried in his grave

This wave is so powerful, it’s carrying me paralyzed

My heart cannot simply contain what this wave has put inside of me

The wave goes as far as I can see, and as far as I can see it’s pounding straight for me

This is wave that will have cataclysms on the being of time itself

It is an all consuming wave that leaves my heart breathless in amaze

You see this is a wave that has come over me since the day it began

A small wave at first, is now reaching land

Like a tsunami let it destroy all that it may reach

Like a hurricane may it destroy the foundations of alters on which our knees bow

This is a wave that echoes in the eternal history of time

It is a wave that comes from the sea of love

In all four forms of love

This is a wave that leads men to die

It is a wave that was born of blood

That has been moving through generations

Until its will would be done

This is the wave that will see all things come

It is the wave that creation has longed for in eager expectation

This is the wave that will bring captives from there chains

This is the wave that will bring a broken hurting world free from pain.
